PSAT Opt-Out Form
Cleveland will administer the PSAT/NMSQT to all 10th and 11th grade students, and the PSAT 8/9 to all 9th grade students on Wednesday, October 23. Students in the Class of 2026 and Class of 2027 may opt-out of taking the PSAT/NMSQT. To do so, please have a parent/guardian complete the attached and submit it to the College Office (i-121) by October 9. If students do not opt out, they will be automatically registered for the PSAT administration.
